Class Booking — Terms & Conditions

1. Who you are buying from

When you purchase a class through a payment link generated by Movra, you are buying that class from the studio that issued the link. Movra is the payment processor and customer relationship platform — we are not the merchant of record for the class itself. The studio is responsible for delivering the class, managing your schedule, and enforcing its own booking policies.

2. Booking confirmation and schedule

After a successful payment, the studio's booking system sends a confirmation email to the address you provided. That email contains your booking schedule, class details, and the studio's cancellation policy. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it within a few minutes of paying.

3. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation rules — including how far in advance you may cancel, whether late cancellations forfeit the class credit, and any refund eligibility — are governed by the studio's policy as configured in their booking system. The studio's confirmation email and their own website are the authoritative sources for these rules. Movra applies the studio's policy as set; we do not override it.

If you believe a cancellation has been processed in error, contact the studio directly. Movra can assist with payment-processing questions only.

4. Payment terms

Prices shown at checkout are inclusive of taxes where applicable, in the currency displayed. Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of the studio. Disputed charges should first be raised with the studio; if the studio cannot resolve the dispute, you may raise a chargeback through your bank, which will follow Stripe's standard dispute process.

5. No-shows and forfeitures

If you do not attend a class you have booked, and you have not cancelled within the studio's cancellation window, the credit for that class will typically be forfeited. The exact rule depends on the studio.

6. Studio-specific terms

Individual studios may publish additional terms specific to their classes (dress code, liability waivers, photo/video policies, attendance rules). When a studio has its own terms-and-conditions page, the link at the Stripe checkout will point to that page instead of this one.
